Following are the terms and conditions for providing placement assistance
Our fees for the recruitment services provided would be 8.33 % (Junior level ), 10 % (Middle level) , 12.5 % (Senior level ) of the total COST TO COMPANY which includes Basic, HRA, LTA, Medical, Other allowances, Guaranteed Bonus, Car benefits, Housing benefits, other Perks and incentives.
The Company will provide the compensation details for the selected candidates after making an offer. We shall raise our invoice within a week of the candidate joining your company and expect the same to be cleared with in a month.
We agree to give a free replacement if the candidate leaves the Organization within 3 months of his joining the Organization. However, we would be under no obligation to provide a replacement if the employee is asked by the management to resign from his services.
