Designation: Manager/Sr. Manager

Job Description:

  • Lead multiple transformation projects and align projects and services with captive business units, vendors and partners.
  • Prioritize, define, and ensure success of each applications and product features.
  • Manage the release and sprint backlog through planning, backlog grooming, execution, review, and release.
  • Act as technical expert, provide technical directions and lead technical solutioning.
  • Understand the value of cutting edge technologies and eager to leverage them if it add value.
  • Problem solver with a proven ability to prioritize, negotiate, and execute in order to accomplish closure.

Competencies Required:

  • 5-7 years experience in delivering transformation projects with team handling capability.
  • An engineer at heart with an innate desire to make an impact.Imaginative, collaborative, and truly excited about building innovative solutions.
  • Proven ability to translate broad customer requirements into a technical feature set that can be delivered incrementally.
  • Sound hands on experience in Application Development platforms like Java//Python. Excellent knowledge in Middleware and APIs
  • Sound knowledge in Agile methodologies. Exposure in Modern Technology Stack and cloud.
  • Previous experience in Vendor Management and Project Management
  • Team management and interpersonal skills
