Designation: Manager/Sr. Manager HR (Talent Acquisition and Engagement)

Experience: 5 to 10 years

Reporting to Head HR

Job Description:

  • Responsible for bulk hiring and end to end recruitment – candidates with IT hiring and KPO hiring are preferred
  • Close vacant positions from Job Portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Consultants, Internal Referrals etc within defined timelines.
  • Manage entire recruitment process on HRMS software
  • Responsible for seamless onboarding process for new joiners
  • Regular employee connects to gauge the engagement pulse of the employees
  • Business partnering and building people centric interventions
  • Develop and execute employee engagement programs to keep employees cheered and build action plans to break the monotony

Job Specification:

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint
  • Working knowledge of any HRMS tools is preferred
